Welcome to PRELI. These Terms govern your use of PRELI's apps and services ("Services") that provide preorder features for lifestyle products, including but not limited to food, beverages, personal care, and other consumer goods.

By accessing or using PRELI Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Buyer: A user who makes a preorder or purchase via PRELI.
• Merchant: A partner or merchant offering products on PRELI.
• Preorder: An order placed in advance, processed by the merchant based on time or stock.

You may need to register to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities under your account.

A preorder means you order products before they’re available. Processing times, delivery estimates, and ready dates are set by the merchant and may change. PRELI does not guarantee exact dates.

Payments follow available methods in the app. Prices may change. Successful payments are confirmed in-app and/or via email.

Policies are set by the merchant and/or product page. If allowed, procedures and refund timelines will be communicated.

Delivery is managed by the merchant or their logistics partners. Estimates and fees vary. Ensure the shipping address is correct. mistakes are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and ordering.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or misuse app functions.

Merchants must provide truthful product information, process preorders per their policies, and meet promised quality standards.

All content by PRELI (marks, logos, text, images, designs) belongs to PRELI or its licensors. Copying or derivative works without permission is prohibited.

PRELI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the services. Liability is limited as allowed by law.

Services are provided "as is." PRELI makes no express or implied warranties regarding product fitness, information accuracy, or specific outcomes.

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to these practices.

PRELI may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
